1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Trending Creator Fast-Track program on Tagged ("Program"), operated by StreamHouse Global ("Agency," "we," "us"). By submitting an application through this page, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Program Description

The Program is a free, invite-based initiative offering eligible live creators trending placement consideration, 1-on-1 coaching, featured show consideration, and 0% agency fee retention on standard platform earnings, subject to a 10-day / 20-hour monthly streaming baseline and ongoing platform compliance.

3. Eligibility & Review

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Agency reserves the right to accept, decline, or remove any creator from the Program at its discretion, including for platform policy violations, inactivity, or misrepresentation of account information.

4. No Cost to Apply

There is no fee to apply to or participate in the standard Program. Agency will never ask you to pay to be considered for roster placement.

5. Account Information

You are responsible for providing accurate account/handle information. Agency is not responsible for delays or errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete submissions.

6. Independent Platforms

Tagged is an independent platform and is not a party to, sponsor of, or otherwise affiliated with this Program beyond Agency's own account activity on it.

7. Changes to These Terms

Agency may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Information We Collect

When you apply to the Trending Creator Fast-Track program on Tagged, we collect the information you submit directly, which may include your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, platform handle or Live ID, and content category.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to review your application, verify your account, communicate with you about your application status, and administer Program benefits if you're accepted.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with the relevant platform (Tagged) solely as needed to verify or activate Program benefits, and with service providers who help us operate this application (such as our form and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations.

4. Data Retention

We retain application information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Program and for legitimate business record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

5. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@streamhouseglobal.com.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you submit, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the most current version will always be available on this page.

Live Creator Agreement

This Live Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into and made effective by and between StreamHouse Global ("Agency") and the individual executing this Agreement electronically ("Creator").

1. Independent Contractor Relationship & Role

Creator explicitly acknowledges that Agency is an independent talent advisory, management, and consulting network leveraging nearly nine years of ecosystem experience. Agency is not an employee, employer, parent company, or official partner of any live streaming or social media platform. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship, joint venture, or fiduciary duty. Creator operates as an independent contractor, retaining full control over their content schedule, broadcast style, compliance, and tax obligations.

2. The 100% Earnings Retention Model (Zero Agency Fee)

Roster Placement: Creator retains 100% of standard live streaming revenue, platform-generated gifts, virtual currency (including diamonds, coins, beans, credits, or equivalents), platform bonuses, and baseline creator fund payouts. Agency assesses a 0% commission on these standard platform-derived streams.

Agency-Secured Opportunities: If Agency directly sources, pitches, negotiates, and secures a specific third-party brand partnership, sponsored campaign, or User-Generated Content (UGC) deal for Creator, Agency shall retain a 20% commission on the gross revenue of that specific secured deal.

3. Service Tiers: Foundational vs. Premium Scaling

Tier 1 — Foundational Training (Included): Creator receives immediate access to self-service onboarding resources, including basic app navigation, platform safety/compliance overviews, basic hardware/lighting checklists, and access to general agency-wide roster announcements.

Tier 2 — Premium Scaling Services (Optional / A La Carte): Creator may choose to purchase dedicated, 1-on-1, or custom business growth services, including custom show concepts, advanced monetization/battle strategies, script frameworks, individual profile audits, and custom graphics.

No Coercion: Roster placement is never contingent on purchasing Tier 2 services. Tier 2 services are completely optional and require a separate digital work order or invoice authorization before delivery.

4. Billing, Authorizations & Earnings Deduction

If Creator authorizes a digital work order for Tier 2 Premium Scaling Services, payment shall be handled via Direct Payment (credit card, ACH, or Agency-approved online payment systems) or an Earnings Deduction Authorization, in which Creator explicitly authorizes Agency in writing to deduct the flat fee of the premium service directly from Creator's upcoming platform payout or agency-administered balance. Creator agrees this deduction is a voluntary payment for business consulting services rendered.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

All training modules, strategy guides, compliance systems, script templates, and operational frameworks provided by StreamHouse Global are the exclusive intellectual property of Agency. Creator is granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their personal broadcast development while on the active roster. Redistribution or sharing of these materials outside the agency network is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach.

6. Roster Conduct & Platform Compliance

Creator agrees to maintain strict compliance with all applicable platform Community Guidelines. Serious compliance failures resulting in permanent platform bans or severe reputational damage to the Agency network may result in immediate termination from the roster.

7. Confidentiality & Non-Disparagement

Creator shall not disclose proprietary business information, operational methods, or internal agency communications. Creator agrees not to make false, defamatory, or disparaging statements regarding Agency or its officers during or after the term of this Agreement.

8. Term & Flexible Termination

This Agreement operates on a flexible, month-to-month basis, providing complete flexibility. Either party may terminate this relationship at any time, for any reason or no reason, by providing a 30-day written notice via email.

9. Covered Platforms

This operational model applies to all profiles managed or optimized by Agency across contracted apps, including but not limited to platforms within The Meet Group network (MeetMe, Tagged, Skout, Growlr, Kik), BIGO LIVE, SuperLIVE, and other applicable streaming applications (excluding distinct alternative frameworks explicitly signed for TikTok or Clapper).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Both parties waive the right to participate in class or collective actions.

11. Electronic Acceptance & Execution

By checking the acceptance box or electronically signing, Creator affirms they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by all terms, conditions, and fee structures outlined in this Agreement.
